Kolob Trip

We went up to Kolob for Cole's Crew party and took the opportunity to go explore some of the country up there. Thanks to the Bauer's, we got to see some breath taking views.

Dawsyn the Photographer

While at Grandma and Grandpa T's, Dawsyn discovered her love of photography. She found the camera and began to document her stay. She got some good ones, I must say!

When we go to get wood, Dawsyn usually stays in the truck while the chain saw is going. Recently, she has not loved loud noises like that. This day she found the camera again!! Glad she documents us working hard!

Balloon Fest 2010

The plan was to get up REALLY EARLY and watch the balloons take off. Well, we didn't get up too early, but we got to watch some take off.
We have a great view from our house. Saturday we watched form there. It is fun up close and a little further away!

This is the sad face when she found out that she couldn't ride in the basket. Sorry Dawsyn.

Good times at the Cabin!

We love to spend time up at the cabin. Everything is perfect up there. But most wonderful is that there is NO CELL SERVICE. That means this man can't be called in to work.
Yep, we love the cabin!!

Chill'n counting the nickles.

Little helper!

Relaxing on the NEW deck!
We love it.

Brandon tending to his trees.

Needing a break; it's hard watching Dad and Grandpa work!

Painting the wood box.

Cutting wood.
Dawsyn wouldn't let anyone but Grandpa take her for a ride of the four-wheeler.
Grandpa spend a lot of time on the four-wheeler that day!

TAT family reunion 2010

Another great family reunion, thanks to Russ, Jacie and their family for planning.

Here are a few of the festivities. I missed some.... like the egg hunt and the memories, but it was lots of fun and a few tears too as we remembered our grandparents.

Friday we went to the Temple. The younger kids did baptisms and the "older" kids did other work in the temple. It was nice to be there as a family.

A little football!

Cole and Dan

Hunter, Dawsyn, Holly & Payton.

Dawsyn sure had plenty of entertainers!

ROCKETS!

The boys made rockets out of two liter bottle and even made parachutes for them.

Wes and Savanah enjoying the rocket show.

Grandpa T watching the rockets and the excitement of each boy as
their rocket flew WAY up in the air.
Ethan and Uncle Russ (the bottle is in the air, but the water is still falling.
If the rain didn't soak the kids, the rocket water did!

Grandma T crafting!

Uncle Russ

While the boys built their rockets, the girls crafted.
We made magnet boards and princess hats and wands.
After the "planned" crafts were finished, some used
their creative sides and made other things with whatever else we had!
